TERMS & CONDITIONS

The purpose of this section is to clarify the terms and conditions of purchase of products on www.amayra.art.
Details of the owner of AMAYRA Shop are available in the Legal Notice.

I. PRODUCTS

 All our products have been made with exclusive designs, using the best printing and silk-screen printing techniques available to achieve that own style, which means that no two pieces are the same.

 All products have been photographed and added to a product sheet.  In each of them, you will always find design features, materials, designer, price, availability, special features, among others.

 NOTE: Remember that, being articles printed by hand, the actual color may vary slightly from that shown in the images.

 The decoration or other garments that the model uses in the image are not included, unless expressly indicated in the item description.

II PRICES AND METHODS OF PAYMENT

  •  Along with the image of each of our products, you will find the final price.  You will receive an invoice via email, where you will find the item costs, shipping charges and applicable taxes as well.

  •  In case of any typographical errors regarding the price, it will be corrected as soon as it is identified.  If this mistake affects any buyer, you can cancel your purchase at no additional cost.
    PAYMENT METHODS

  •  At www.amayra.art we offer you various payment methods that will facilitate your shopping experience in our online store.

  •  You can choose to pay for your purchases through:

  •  Paypal

  •  Secure Virtual POS (Stripe)

  •  The available payment methods have been chosen to provide you with the greatest possible security during the transaction.  The Paypal payment gateway and the virtual POS with which we work have their respective security certificates.  Whichever option you choose, the price is the same.

III.  SHIPPING

  •  The order will be sent according to the availability of the product and / or its special characteristics.  At the time of choosing the product, the customer will know if it is in stock, or else we will provide similar options for you to choose from.

  •  Furthermore, in the case of exceptional situations related to computer errors or simultaneous purchases, we reserve the right not to process orders.  In this case, we will contact you to provide instructions on how to choose another item.  If you have any questions, contact us and we will inform you.

 SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIME

 SHIPPING TIMES

  •  Orders will be sent from Monday to Friday, except holidays in Spain.

  •  Once the payment of the item is made, we will send it to the transport company in about 4-5 days.  From there the estimated delivery time by the delivery company is:

  •  Spain 3-4 days

  •  Europe 7-8 days

  •  Rest of the world 15-17 days

  •  Sometimes the carrier can be delayed on the delivery date without being able to take responsibility for the situation (due to weather, traffic, accidents ...).

  •  The transport company is in charge and responsible for delivery times as well as incident resolution.  Remember that the maximum delivery time, according to current legislation, is 30 days.

  •  Also if you have any questions about it contact us at tienda.amayra@gmail.com 

  • The delivery times indicated are approximate and are based on the state of the product stock, weather conditions and normal traffic.  If for some reason delivery deadlines cannot be met, the customer will be informed immediately so that he can decide whether to continue the process or cancel the transaction.

  •  Remember that the maximum delivery time, according to current legislation, is 30 days.

TRACKING ORDER

 Once the order is placed, we will send you an email with the confirmation of the same (check the spam) and once we take it out of the warehouse we will send you an email with the completed order and the link to the associated carrier to  follow up on it.

 CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS

 Once an order has been placed in our system, we cannot change the address.  If there is an error in your address, we have to wait and see if the package will be sent back to our warehouse.

IV.  EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS

EXCHANGES

 To exchange an item, please contact us at tienda.amayra@gmail.com, provide your first / last name and order number, and we will provide you with all the necessary information to proceed.

 In the event of a change, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs, unless the item has major flaws not shown in the pictures.

 The item will have to be in perfect condition, as well as with its original labels and packaging.

 Exchanges are not allowed for the products included in the Jewelery section.

RETURNS

 They can be made up to 14 days after making the purchase.  These are the steps to follow:

 

 1- If you are the person who made the purchase of the order, you have to write us an e-mail with a maximum of 10 days from the purchase to tienda.amayra@gmail.com explaining the reason and giving us the order number.  Do not forget to put in the subject of the e-mail "RETURN REQUEST".

 

 2- We will send you a code through the e-mail you have provided us with which we will process your incident.  This will be the same number that you must indicate in the shipment you make to our offices.  The return costs are borne by the customer except for defective products.

 

 3- If the product is in correct conditions (all returned items must arrive unused and with the original packaging without deteriorating), we will refund the money or exchange it for another product depending on the reason.  If it is a refund, the money will arrive in a maximum of 10 days (depends on the receiving bank).

 

 4.- The shipping costs caused by the return will be borne by the customer.

CANCELLATIONS

 We cannot cancel any order after it is processed because we have an automated shipping method to ensure fast and error-free shipping.

 Taking into account that AMAYRA will send the product as soon as possible, in case of cancellation and if the item has already been shipped, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

 

 RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEM - INCORRECT

 If you receive a damaged item, please write to our customer service at tienda.amayra@gmail.com with the subject "DAMAGED ITEM"

 

 We will need your order number (# 12345), a photo of the item in its packaging, the defective item and part, and a description of what is damaged.

 

 You should only accept delivery packages without visible signs of damage from the transport company.  If you decide to accept visibly damaged items, you must write it on the delivery form next to the signature.

 

 If you receive an incorrect article, send us the e-mail with the subject "INCORRECT ARTICLE".

 

 In any case, our customer service will surely find a solution for you.

V.  PRICES AND INVOICES

The official prices are those published on our website, these prices include the taxes corresponding to each country.

 

 You will receive a receipt when buying the product but if you need an invoice write to tienda.amayra@gmail.com with your order number and your billing information and we will send it to you in a few days.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All products, texts and photos of the online store are protected by intellectual property law.  Any misuse can be legally prosecuted (here we have gotten a little serious, sorry, but you know what there is ...).

VII. DISTRIBUIDORES

 If you want to distribute any of our products send us an email to tienda.amayra@gmail.com with the subject line "I WANT TO SELL YOUR PRODUCTS" and we will tell you what you have to do to sell them and what our conditions are.
